Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) mengundang perusahaan untuk mengikuti proses lelang
Pengadaan Perangkat Keras dan Perangkat Lunak.
I. Persyaratan Perusahaan yang dapat mengikuti lelang.
- Mengisi dan mengirimkan dokumen penawaran;
- Mempunyai partnership dengan major principal perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak;
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengadaan dan implementasi perangkat keras dan perangkat
lunak;
- Memiliki surat izin usaha sesuai dengan bidang usahanya yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi
pemerintah yang berwenang ;
II. Dokumen lelang dapat dilihat dan diunduh mulai tanggal 3 s.d 5 November 2008 di website
LPS (www.lps.go.id).
III. Peserta yang berhak mengikuti aanwijzing adalah peserta yang mendaftar dan mampu
menunjukan bukti partnership dengan major principal pada saat pendaftaran.

TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI LEMBAGA PENJAMIN SIMPANAN
1. Pengguna Jasa Teknologi Informasi adalah Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). LPS
adalah suatu lembaga independen, yang dibentuk berdasarkan Undang‐Undang Nomor
24 Tahun 2005 tentang Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
2. Sumber pendanaan adalah Anggaran Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
B. DASAR HUKUM
1. Keputusan Dewan Komisioner Nomor 013/DK‐LPS/X/2005 tentang Pedoman Pengadaan
Barang dan Jasa di Lingkungan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
2. Keputusan Kepala Eksekutif Nomor: KEP‐035/KE/IV/2008 tanggal 11 April 2008 tentang
Pembentukan Proyek Pengembangan dan Implementasi Teknologi Informasi;
3. Keputusan Koordinator Proyek No. NOMOR: KEP‐01/ERP/IV/KP/2008 tentang
Pengangkatan Panitia Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Dalam Rangka Proyek Pengembangan
dan Implementasi Teknologi Informasi Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
4. Keputusan Kepala Eksekutif Nomor: 003/KE/I/2008 tanggal 18 Januari 2008 tentang
Tahapan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi Lembaga Penjaminan Simpanan
sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Keputusan Kepala Eksekutif Nomor: KEP‐
034/KE/IV/2008 tanggal 10 April 2008 Tentang Perubahan Atas Keputusan Kepala
Eksekutif Nomor: 003/Ke/I/2008 tentang Tahapan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi
Lembaga Penjaminan Simpanan, Tahapan Pengembangan Teknologi Informasi
(Information Technology Roadmap) Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
5. Sumber pendanaan adalah anggaran LPS tahun 2008.
C. RENCANA KEGIATAN LELANG
Rncian rencana jadwal dan kegiatan lelang adalah:

A. UMUM
Dalam RKS ini dipergunakan istilah‐istilah dan singkatan‐singkatan sebagai berikut:
• KKN adalah Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme;
• LDP adalah Lembar Data Pengadaan (Bab III);
• KAT adalah Kerangka Acuan Teknis (Bab IV);
• Panitia Pengadaan adalah tim yang diangkat / dibentuk oleh Koordinator Proyek untuk
melaksanakan pengadaan barang dan jasa;
• Koordinator Proyek adalah Pejabat setingkat Direktur yang berwenang dan bertanggung
jawab atas pelaksanaan Proyek Pengembangan dan Implementasi Teknologi Informasi.
• RKS adalah Rencana Kerja dan Syarat;
• SPP adalah Surat Penetapan Pemenang;
• SPPP adalah Surat Penunjukan Pelaksana Pekerjaan;
1. Lingkup Pekerjaan
1.1 Lingkup pekerjaan sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam KAT termasuk instalasi dan
konfigurasi sistem perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak.
1.2 Peserta yang ditunjuk menjadi pemenang lelang berkewajiban untuk
menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam jangka waktu yang tercantum dalam LDP.
2. Sumber Dana
2.1 Sumber pendanaan adalah anggaran Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan sebagaimana
tercantum dalam LDP.
3. Peserta Lelang
3.1 Peserta yang dapat mengikuti tahapan lelang ini adalah Peserta yang memenuhi
kriteria sesuai dengan LDP.
4. Larangan Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme (KKN) serta Penipuan
4.1 Peserta Lelang dan pihak yang terkait dengan pengadaan ini berkewajiban untuk
mematuhi etika pengadaan barang dan jasa dan tidak melakukan tindakan‐
tindakan yang dilarang sebagai berikut:
(a) berusaha mempengaruhi Koordinator Proyek atau anggota Panitia dalam
bentuk dan cara apapun, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung untuk
memenuhi keinginan Peserta Lelang yang bertentangan dengan ketentuan
dan prosedur dalam Dokumen Lelang, dan/atau peraturan perundang‐
undangan yang berlaku;
(b) melakukan persekongkolan dengan peserta lain untuk mengatur harga
penawaran di luar prosedur pelaksanaan pengadaan sehingga
mengurangi/menghambat/memperkecil dan/atau meniadakan persaingan
yang sehat dan/atau merugikan pihak lain;
(c) membuat dan/atau menyampaikan dokumen dan/atau keterangan lain
yang tidak benar untuk memenuhi persyaratan dalam Dokumen Lelang;
(d) melakukan tindakan korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme serta penipuan selain
sebagaimana tersebut pada butir a, b dan c.
B. DOKUMEN LELANG
7. Isi Dokumen Lelang
7.1 Dokumen Lelang yang akan diterima peserta terdiri dari:
1. Pengumuman;
2. Rencana Kerja dan Syarat(RKS);
3. Lembar Data Pengadaan (LDP);
4. Kerangka Acuan Teknis (KAT); dan
5. Lampiran .
7.2. Dokumen Penawaran yang harus disampaikan kepada Panitia Pengadaan terdiri
dari:
a. Surat Penawaran;
b. Jaminan Penawaran(3% dari Harga Penawaran);
c. Surat Kuasa (jika yang menandatangani surat penawaran bukan pejabat yang
memiliki kewenangan);
d. Dokumen Administrasi;
e. Dokumen Teknis;dan
f. Dokumen Penawaran Harga.
7.3 Peserta Lelang berkewajiban memeriksa keseluruhan instruksi, bentuk‐bentuk
dokumen, syarat‐syarat, dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan dalam Dokumen Lelang.
Kelalaian menyampaikan keterangan yang disyaratkan dalam Dokumen Lelang
atau menyampaikan Dokumen Penawaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang
ditetapkan dalam Dokumen Lelang sepenuhnya merupakan risiko Peserta Lelang.
8. Rapat Penjelasan (Aanwijzing)
8.1 Bagi peserta yang akan mengkuti Rapat Penjelasan diwajibkan untuk mendaftar
terlebih dahulu ke LPS.
C. PENYUSUNAN DOKUMEN PENAWARAN
10. Biaya dalam Penyiapan Penawaran
10.1 Peserta Lelang menanggung semua biaya dan/atau kerugian yang terjadi dalam
proses lelang.
11. Bahasa dalam Penawaran
11.1. Dokumen Penawaran beserta seluruh korespondensi tertulis menggunakan Bahasa
Indonesia.
11.2.Terminologi yang terkait dengan Data/Informasi Teknis pekerjaan dapat
menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris.
12. Penyampaian Dokumen Penawaran
12. 1 Surat Penawaran (Contoh Surat Penawaran Lampiran 1)
• Surat penawaran mencakup penawaran tentang dokumen administrasi,
dokumen teknis dan dokumen penawaran harga.
• Surat penawaran dibuat menurut bentuk tertentu sesuai contoh pada
lampiran I dokumen pengadaan ini.
• Surat penawaran asli harus bermeterai Rp 6.000,00 (enam ribu rupiah)
12.2 Jaminan Penawaran (Contoh Jaminan Penawaran Lampiran 2)
• Jaminan penawaran berupa bank garansi yang diterbitkan oleh bank
umum.
• Jaminan penawaran ditentukan sebesar 3% (tiga per seratus) dari nilai
penawaran yang diajukan dengan masa berlaku selama 60 (enam puluh)
hari kalender terhitung sejak tanggal surat penawaran.
• Apabila diperlukan, panitia dapat meminta agar jaminan dimaksud
diperpanjang masa berlakunya.
• Jaminan penawaran dapat dicairkan oleh panitia apabila pelaksana
pekerjaan yang ditunjuk sebagai pemenang mengundurkan diri.
• Jaminan penawaran segera dikembalikan apabila peserta tidak menjadi
calon pemenang.
D. PEMBUKAAN DAN EVALUASI PENAWARAN
23. Pembukaan Penawaran
23.1 Dokumen Penawaran akan dibuka di hadapan Peserta Lelang pada waktu dan
tempat sesuai ketentuan dalam LDP.
23.2 Pembukaan penawaran dilakukan dengan dihadiri sekurang‐kurangnya 2 (dua)
wakil Peserta lelang sebagai saksi. Apabila setelah ditunda 2 (dua) jam, dan tidak
Spesifikasi teknis pengadaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak tercantum dibawah ini:
A. BLADE SERVER SPECIFICATION
I. Chassis Blade
1.1 Blade chassis shall be 19" Electronic Industries Alliance Standard width rack mountable and
provide appropriate rack mount kit.
1.2 Blade chassis shall support at least twelve 1 height unit (1U) hot swappable blades.
1.3 Blade chassis shall be shipped with all cables and parts required to attach all included
peripherals to other blade chassis as required for normal operation (e.g. power cords, keyboard
/ mouse cables, video cables, network and internal disk cables).
1.4 Blade chassis shall provide a device capable of reading a 1.44 MB floppy or provide an alternate
way of installing operating system and application software and performing firmware upgrades.
This device shall be dynamically re‐configurable and assignable to any one of the blades in the
chassis for the purpose of transferring data to and from the floppy disk to and from the blade.
1.5 Blade chassis shall provide a device capable of reading a CD/DVD disc at a minimum 48x speed
or provide an alternate way of installing operating system and application software and
performing firmware upgrades. This device shall be dynamically re‐configurable and assignable
to any one of the blades in the chassis for the purpose of transferring data to and from the CD‐
ROM disc to and from the blade.
1.6 The Blade Chassis power supply shall operate at a nominal input voltage of 200VAC to 240VAC
and with a power rating that supports a fully loaded system running at a 100% duty‐cycle 24
hours a day, 365 days a year. A fully loaded system is defined by this specification as:
1.6.1 All expansion slots and ports are populated with devices certified for operation in
said system by the system Vendor.
1.6.2 Processor, memory and internal storage are configured at the maximum allowable
level as documented by the system Vendor.
1.6.3 The aforementioned power requirement is to be fulfilled without modification to
said system, peripherals or power supply. The aforementioned requirement(s) apply
equally to systems with a single power supply configuration, as well as a system with
an online fail‐over power supply configuration. Failure to meet these requirements,
to the letter, will void any contract.
1.7 Blade chassis power supply shall operate at single phase power subsystem.
1.8 Blade chassis shall be configured with redundant power functionality to mitigate risk of internal
power loss.
1.9 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide full power to all blade slots.
1.10 Blade chassis shall be configured with the necessary modules and/or controllers to enable
specified blade functionality.
1.11 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide full redundant cooling to all blade slots.
1.12 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide KVM capability from an external keyboard, video
monitor and mouse to all blades installed in the chassis – one blade at a time.
1.13 Blade chassis shall provide a redundant chassis and blade management capability through any
one or a combination of firmware, software and hardware. Chassis and blade management shall
be accomplished through a web interface.
1.14 Blade chassis and blade management capability shall monitor the chassis and blades for failure
for report to an administrator and for logging to an event log.
1.15 Blade chassis and blade management shall provide a capability for firmware upgrades.
2.2 The blade CPUs shall support the x86 instruction set.
2.3 The blade CPUs shall be AMD or Pentium Chipset (Chipset E7520 or equivalent), and at a
minimum, have performance within at least 5% of an Intel 3.0 GHz Xeon with a minimum 2 MB
Level 2 (L2) cache. System shall employ a CPU with performance capabilities equivalent to AMD
and/or Pentium 4 chipsets.
2.4 The blade shall be WoL and PXE capable.
2.5 The blade shall be hot swappable.
2.6 The blade shall support at least Xeon Dual Core Intel processor.
2.7 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet
documenting compliance with requirements 2.1 through 2.6.
III. Blade Server Memory
3.1 Blade shall contain a minimum Random Access Memory of 1GB DDR2 or higher and can be
expanded to at least 8GB without requiring replacing the initial memory.
3.2 Blade Random Access Memory (RAM) shall include an error correcting (ECC) feature.
3.3 Blade RAM shall have the option for additional DDR2 or higher memory.
3.4 Blade RAM shall have the option for DDR2 or higher memory.
3.5 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the Internet
documenting compliance with requirements 3.1 through 3.4.
IV. Blade Server Network
4.1 Each blade shall provide dual integrated network controllers with IPSec, 10/100/1000 Mbps
Ethernet bandwidth, auto‐negotiating, load balancing, and fail over capabilities.
4.2 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet
documenting compliance with requirements 4.1.
V. Blade Media Internal/External Storage:
5.1 The blade server shall support fibre‐channel host bus adapters to accommodate SANs (Storage
Area Networks) devices.
5.2 The blade shall have, at a minimum, two (2) internal 73 GB Ultra320 SCSI 15000‐rpm to support
mirroring.
5.3 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet
documenting compliance with requirements 5.1 through 5.2.
VI. Graphics/Monitor
6.1 Graphics interface not required.
6.2 Monitor not required.
VII. Sound
7.1 Sound capability not required.
VIII. Environmental
8.1 The video monitor (when required) shall be MPR‐II compliant.
8.2 The fully populated blade chassis shall carry an FCC Class A rating.
8.3 The system shall be capable of normal operations in ambient temperatures from 65oF to 90oF.
8.4 The fully populated blade chassis shall be capable of normal operations in environments with a
non‐condensing relative humidity of 20% to 80%.
8.5 The fully populated blade chassis shall be capable of normal operations at altitudes from sea
level to 7,000 feet.
8.6 The video monitor (when required) shall meet the requirements for United States EPA Energy
Star compliance.
8.7 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the Internet
documenting compliance with requirements 8.1 through 8.6.
IX. Blade Server Operating System Software
9.1 Each Blade shall be offered with the following Operating System (OS) and license options:
9.1.1 No Operating System
9.1.2 Any current production version of Microsoft Windows Server compatible with the
offered blade hardware.
9.1.3 A software image. See terms and conditions paragraph 12 imaging and device driver
requirements.
9.1.4 License only for the offered version(s) of Microsoft Windows Server edition
9.1.5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x Server operating system and license
NOTE: Options 9.1.1, 9.1.2, 9.1.3 and 9.1.5 are mutually exclusive. Option 4 may be added to
any of the first three options and will always be combined with option 2.
Operating System Software, when required, shall be installed on blade boot device.
License, when required, to be included with system.
9.2 All offered Blades shall be certified through the Microsoft HCL to execute Windows Server 2003,
and through the Red Hat Hardware Catalog to execute Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x Server
operating system.
9.3 Blades designated as Windows blades shall have the option of being pre‐loaded with the least
cost Windows Server 2003 operating system software available as dictated by the Government.
9.4 Blades designated with a Red Hat Enterprise Linux requirement shall have the option of being
pre‐loaded with the least cost Red Hat Linux operating system software available as dictated by
the Government.
9.5 Media (e.g. 3.5" diskettes, CD‐ROM/DVD) and documentation shall be provided for all pre‐
installed software identified in requirements 9.1 through 9.4.
X. Warranty
10.1 All hardware components associated with this contract shall have a minimum 60‐month
warranty that shall go into effect at the time of installation by the corporate. By definition, "all
hardware" consists of the blade chassis and the blades therein and its internal components
(cards, disk drives, power supply, etc.), monitor (when required), keyboard (when required), and
cables.
10.2 The warranty shall provide 9 x 5 phone and web technical support for vendor supplied hardware
and software, utilities and drivers.

XIII. Price
13.1 The price shall include necessary fee for installation, configuration, shipping and handling, etc. in
order for the system to run a normal operation.
13.2 The price shall include the software management license and kit.
13.3 The price shall include the operating system installation and configuration fee including 2 (two)
Windows Server 2003 licence excluding the Windows Server 2003 media kit.
13.4 Additional Operating System (Windows 2003 and/or Linux) installation and configuration not
included license (purchased separately)
13.5 The price shall include all taxes required by the Law.
13.6 The price shall list all necessary fees in detail.
B. SAN STORAGE SPECIFICATION
I. Disk System Storage
1.1 Storage shall be 19" Electronic Industries Alliance Standard width rack mountable and provide
appropriate rack mount kit.
1.2 Storage shall be shipped with all cables and parts required for normal operation.
1.3 Storage shall support at least SAS drives. Any additional drives support such as FC, FATA, and
SATA is optional.

copy file tersebut dengan ditandatangani oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
Catatan:
Peserta harus mengisi Formulir Isian dengan benar dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara
hukum. Apabila dikemudian hari ditemukan hal‐hal yang tidak sah, panitia berhak untuk
menggugurkan.
1.6 The Blade Chassis power supply shall operate at a nominal input voltage of 200VAC to 240VAC and with a
power rating that supports a fully loaded system running at a 100% duty‐cycle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
A fully loaded system is defined by this specification as:
1.6.1 All expansion slots and ports are populated with devices certified for operation in said system by the
system Vendor.
1.6.2 Processor, memory and internal storage are configured at the maximum allowable level as documented
by the system Vendor.
1.6.3 The aforementioned power requirement is to be fulfilled without modification to said system,
peripherals or power supply. The aforementioned requirement(s) apply equally to systems with a single
power supply configuration, as well as a system with an online fail‐over power supply configuration.
Failure to meet these requirements, to the letter, will void any contract.
1.7 Blade chassis power supply shall operate at single phase power subsystem.
1.8 Blade chassis shall be configured with redundant power functionality to mitigate risk of internal power loss.
1.9 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide full power to all blade slots.
1.10 Blade chassis shall be configured with the necessary modules and/or controllers to enable specified blade
functionality.
1.11 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide full redundant cooling to all blade slots.
1.12 Blade chassis shall be configured to provide KVM capability from an external keyboard, video monitor and
mouse to all blades installed in the chassis – one blade at a time.
1.13 Blade chassis shall provide a redundant chassis and blade management capability through any one or a
combination of firmware, software and hardware. Chassis and blade management shall be accomplished
through a web interface.
1.14 Blade chassis and blade management capability shall monitor the chassis and blades for failure for report to an
administrator and for logging to an event log.
1.15 Blade chassis and blade management shall provide a capability for firmware upgrades.
1.16 Blade chassis and blade management shall provide a capability for configuring all configurable hardware (e.g.
modules or controllers) in the blade chassis and all configurable hardware in all installed blades.
1.17 Blade chassis shall support at least Xeon Intel processor blades. Any additional processor support such as AMD,
Itanium, Itanium 2 and Power is optional.
1.18 Blade chassis shall support all Wake‐on‐Lan (WoL) and Preboot‐eXecution Environment (PXE) enabled products.
1.19 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet documenting
compliance with requirements 1.1 through 1.18.
II. Blade Server
2.1 Each blade server shall have at least 1 (one) CPU and support minimal 2 (two) CPUs.
2.2 The blade CPUs shall support the x86 instruction set.
2.3 The blade CPUs shall be AMD or Pentium Chipset (Chipset E7520 or equivalent), and at a minimum, have
performance within at least 5% of an Intel 3.0 GHz Xeon with a minimum 2 MB Level 2 (L2) cache. System shall
employ a CPU with performance capabilities equivalent to AMD and/or Pentium 4 chipsets.
2.4 The blade shall be WoL and PXE capable.
2.5 The blade shall be hot swappable.
2.6 The blade shall support at least Xeon Dual Core Intel processor.
2.7 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet documenting
compliance with requirements 2.1 through 2.6.
III. Blade Server Memory
3.1 Blade shall contain a minimum Random Access Memory of 1GB DDR2 or higher and can be expanded to at least
8GB without requiring replacing the initial memory.
3.2 Blade Random Access Memory (RAM) shall include an error correcting (ECC) feature.
3.3 Blade RAM shall have the option for additional DDR2 or higher memory.
3.4 Blade RAM shall have the option for DDR2 or higher memory.
3.5 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the Internet documenting
compliance with requirements 3.1 through 3.4.
IV. Blade Server Network
4.1 Each blade shall provide dual integrated network controllers with IPSec, 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet
bandwidth, auto‐negotiating, load balancing, and fail over capabilities.
5.3 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the internet documenting
compliance with requirements 5.1 through 5.2.
VI. Graphics/Monitor
6.1 Graphics interface not required.

VIII. Environmental
8.1 The video monitor (when required) shall be MPR‐II compliant.
8.2 The fully populated blade chassis shall carry an FCC Class A rating.
8.3 The system shall be capable of normal operations in ambient temperatures from 65oF to 90oF.
8.4 The fully populated blade chassis shall be capable of normal operations in environments with a non‐condensing
relative humidity of 20% to 80%.
8.5 The fully populated blade chassis shall be capable of normal operations at altitudes from sea level to 7,000 feet.
8.6 The video monitor (when required) shall meet the requirements for United States EPA Energy Star compliance.
8.7 Vendor shall provide documentation of or reference to information published on the Internet documenting
compliance with requirements 8.1 through 8.6.
IX. Blade Server Operating System Software
9.1 Each Blade shall be offered with the following Operating System (OS) and license options:
9.1.1 No Operating System
9.1.2 Any current production version of Microsoft Windows Server compatible with the offered blade
hardware.
9.1.3 A software image. See terms and conditions paragraph 12 imaging and device driver requirements.
9.1.4 License only for the offered version(s) of Microsoft Windows Server edition
9.1.5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x Server operating system and license
NOTE: Options 9.1.1, 9.1.2, 9.1.3 and 9.1.5 are mutually exclusive. Option 4 may be added to any of the first
three options and will always be combined with option 2.
Operating System Software, when required, shall be installed on blade boot device. License, when
required, to be included with system.
9.2 All offered Blades shall be certified through the Microsoft HCL to execute Windows Server 2003, and through
the Red Hat Hardware Catalog to execute Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x Server operating system.
9.3 Blades designated as Windows blades shall have the option of being pre‐loaded with the least cost Windows
Server 2003 operating system software available as dictated by the Government.
9.4 Blades designated with a Red Hat Enterprise Linux requirement shall have the option of being pre‐loaded with
the least cost Red Hat Linux operating system software available as dictated by the Government.
9.5 Media (e.g. 3.5" diskettes, CD‐ROM/DVD) and documentation shall be provided for all pre‐installed software
identified in requirements 9.1 through 9.4.
X. Warranty
10.1 All hardware components associated with this contract shall have a minimum 60‐month warranty that shall go
into effect at the time of installation by the corporate. By definition, "all hardware" consists of the blade
chassis and the blades therein and its internal components (cards, disk drives, power supply, etc.), monitor
(when required), keyboard (when required), and cables.
10.2 The warranty shall provide 9 x 5 phone and web technical support for vendor supplied hardware and software,
utilities and drivers.
10.3 The warranty shall provide two business day on‐site parts and labor maintenance performed by factory trained,
authorized technicians for three full years.
10.4 During the warranty period, the contractor shall be responsible for all repair costs associated with the hardware
equipment, except where there is evidence that the corporate physically abused the equipment.
10.5 The warranty shall provide higher levels of service 8 hour response time as an available option.
10.6 An additional year of warranty for hardware, sevice and maintenance shall be provided as an option as
indentified in requirements 10.1 through 10.5.
XI. Delivery
11.1 The equipment may be delivered to a site in quantities as specified by the corporate at time of purchase.
11.2 System unit and all peripherals will be delivered with a detailed shipping invoice indicating the configuration
detail of the system associated options/peripherals shipped. This will include the following information: system
model, system type, processor speed, number of processors, amount of memory, type of memory, amount of
internal disk storage, type of internal disk storage, adapters (additional and integrated), redundant power
supply configurations as applicable, required cables, power cord(s) included, Customer added options and
associated configuration detail.
