Kek Mentega Tanpa Telur™ kek yg lembut dan lembab di dalamnya walaupon tanpa telur.

Bahan-bahan ( loyang 9x6 inc )
      

225 g tepung gandum* - (2 cwn rata) 1 sb baking powder* 175 g mentega - (3/4 buku) 1 sb madu 1 sk esen vanilla 125 g gula halus - ( 3/4 cwn rata) 150 ml susu segar - (10 sb)

Cara-cara 1. Ayak bahan bertanda*.Dalam mangkuk mixer,pukul mentega,madu dan esen hingga sebati. 2. Masukkan gula dan pukul terus hingga kembang. 3. Masukkan susu berselang-seli dgn campuran tepung dan pukul terus hingga sebati. 4. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang yg beralas dan di gris,ratakan adunan dan bakar hingga masak pd suhu 170C selama 25-30 min atau hingga keperangan. 5. Biarkan kek didalam loyang selama 15 min. 6. Balikkan kek atas redai kek untuk disejukkan 7. Siap untuk disajikan.
