Ingredients : Salmon 150 Gram Garam 5 Gram Merica 1 Gram Paprika bubuk 1 Gram Salad Oil 5 Gram Bawang Bombay 20 Gram Saledri 5 Gram Bawang Daun 5 Gram Wortels 5 Gram Butter 20 Gram Lemon 1 Pcs Lea & Perrins 10 Ml Kuning telur 2 Pcs Peterselly

Methode Cooking : 1. Bumbui ikan dengan Garam, Merica, Paprika bubuk, mustard, L&P sauce and salad oil biarkan 1 jam olesi loyang dengan butter, tempatkan tutupi cacahan wotel, bawang Bombay, dan

panggang hingga matang. Sajikan ikan dengan lemon Butter Sauce. 2. . Simpan ikan diatasnya. tambahkan lelehan butter.saledri (mirepoix). irisan lemon and peterselly. 4. 3. Aduk kuning telur. aduk hingga kental. Panaskan oven dan tempatkan ikan. perasan lemon.
